i.   Identifies the person’s ability to assess a situation and make accurate decisions.
ii.  Identifies the soft skills the individual has as well as which soft skills they use. 
iii. Identifies the individual’s soft skills to determine job fit and coaching opportunities. 
2) Team
a. Behavioral style balance of the team
b. Motivator make-up of the team
c. Identify root cause of an under-performing team and put action plans in place to resolve it
d. Identify behavioral conflict or communication issues and resolve them
